The best Salvia trip I ever had was back in my parent's basement about six years ago. It was me and a couple of good buddies sitting in the TV room.

After I took the hit I lost all contact with my body and entered a parallel dimension. I had been to the Netherlands recently, so images of its countryside were fresh in my memory.

When I entered this reality, I ceased being human and instead became a windmill, slowly turning around, being driven by the flow of a nearby stream. All was calm and quiet.

When my trip started to wind down a couple minutes later I became aware that I was back in the TV room again. Except I wasn't sitting in the same place that I had been when I took the hit. I was on the floor, slowly rolling around everything, knocking shit over and bumping into my buddies. It was as if I were still a windmill.

I've done it a total of three times, and each time was bizarre and hilarious in its own way, but that one stands out. Haven't touched it in a while, but I definitely have no regrets.
