Redditors who have spent years working from home, what is your day to day like?

Wake up at 7, sip coffee, log on, check emails, work trouble tickets, converse with colleagues via text/email/phone, attend conference calls, grab lunch and take a quick stroll around the neighborhood or cat nap if I'm tired, back from lunch, work trouble tickets, prepare documents, push code to production environment, more meetings and conference calls. Frequently working until 6 or 7 PM to finish up items without distraction from people calling/texting/emailing me all day. Log off at 6 or 7, while fam doesn't understand why I'm mentally exhausted at that time. Its exactly the same thing I would be doing in an office building, without the traffic commute. Rinse and repeat.
