Redditors who work with the public, what's your most bizarre interaction with a customer?

I work at an independently owned movie theater which can be quite an interesting experience to say the least.

My favorite story to tell people is about a middle aged white lady (classic). She came in during a rush with a big group (around 10 people) so I immediately knew it wasn’t going to end well. I’m pretty sure she wanted to see the new Avengers movie, and since it was opening week and the movie was about to start, we didn’t have enough tickets. She then demanded some sort of compensation, since her and her family drove so far to watch the movie and it would be a waste of time if they didn’t get to see it. We told her there was nothing we could do, since it wasn’t our fault that the movie sold out. She then stormed out and we never saw her again.

I have a lot of crazy stories of this place, but this is usually the one I start out with.
