I really felt bad about that last email, and so I decided to send an "apology letter".

First off, I would like to apologize for my previous email, the one where I said that you would meet with a terrible fate should you quote the business statement regarding New Nintendo 3DS. I am truly sorry, and take back any statement that may have sounded uncivilized.

On a related note, yes, I do realize that the New Nintendo 3DS XL was the more logical choice for the North American market, but I am very curious as to why that is. The New Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 3DS XL released together may be confusing for some people, but there are individual differences. Allow me to speak my opinion:

The reason why the Nintendo 3DS XL outsold the Nintendo 3DS in 2012 was not only because it was larger: It had a different design, and different features: It had a better battery, and the colors on the screen "stood out" more. The New Nintendo 3DS is technically a smaller version of the New Nintendo 3DS XL: It has the same design, along with the changeable cover plates. So it would make more sense if you would advertise both systems, and explain their individual differences.

Please note: I will not accept another generic response like "We think New Nintendo 3DS XL makes the most sense for our market". I already understand your decision, and therefore have no need to be told again.
