Rent went up so high, my mother's gonna have to move for the first time in a decade. Meanwhile, the landlord got new toy today.

I love how you folks pretend it isn't work lol. I fucking miss the lack of responsibility of renting.

My tenants watching out the picture window while I'm out in the rain in with a chain saw preparing the property for an incoming hurricane. Or getting the call in the middle of the night there's a plumbing issue. Driving 200 miles to get a dishwasher cause it's a 4 week wait to buy appliances locally.

Now black rock buying entire neighbourhoods and hedgefunds buying mobile home parks en mass is admittedly pretty fucked, but there's all kinds of work to being a landlord and property manager.

I get your broke and property is expensive, but ya know get a big boy job and you can be up on your roof replacing shingles in no time.
