Review: This cleanser is great for people with dry skin! Not at all stripping and cleanses very well even with a very small amount of product. I spread a small pea-size amount (as pictured) on damp skin and massage my face, after adding more water it foams up a tiny bit and becomes milky. I need to wash my face twice to remove sunscreen, my everyday sunscren is Lotus Herbals Sun Block Cream SPF30 PA++ but it also worked for UV doux SPF50. This cleanser is pretty bad at washing off makeup though, so you definitely need an oil cleanser for that.
One thing about this cleanser that stood out to me was the consistency, it's very thick. But that's just an observation, I have no problem with this. Also, the fragrance isn't mild and is definitely on the stronger side (for me at least), but I like the scent so I don't mind. I think people who strongly prefer fragrance-free skincare should probably avoid this.
Status: Undecided as of now, but I like this cleanser so far. My HG cleanser is Blise Facewash and it's equally non-stripping but also has some mild exfoliation because of the 1.5% PHAs, I might choose to go back to that if I see any skin texture come back, or maybe I'll just want to try something new
