18M here! I have my farewell on the 7th of Feb and the pimple on my nose is so huge that it is bound to ruin all my pictures! The rest of the pimples on my face aren't much of a concern but I would really like some ideas and ways to get this nose pimple off my face in like a week with no marks left

I really wanna look good cuz I've had a massive glowup lately and it's been 3 years since I've met my friends from school and I really was looking forward to their reactions and this pimple will ruin my experience for sure!
