You don’t consider a 25-point difference a large degree so that could mean anything. It could go from 50/50 to 65/40 and that would still be a deadlock-slight-difference in your view.

You’re focusing way too much on the stat anyway which is just one piece of it. Women have been treated as second class throughout history and are vastly underrepresented in leadership positions to this day. Something that has an outsized impact on them is undoubtedly getting cast in a different light for men. I know it’s all theoretical but you’re keeping your head in the sand and denying common sense for the sake of logic, equal options or whatever
