Russia Threatens to Shoot Down U.S. Aircraft in Syria

How is this an upvoted remark?

Afghanistan still has TB problems but the numbers speak for themselves as a result of coalition efforts to rebuild education and healthcare access:

  • Between 2001 and 2010, primary school enrolment rose from around 1 million to nearly 7 million (a sevenfold increase in eight years) and the proportion of girls from virtually zero to 37%.

  • Since 2003 until 2010, over 5,000 school buildings have been rehabilitated or newly constructed. Just over 50% of schools have usable buildings.

  • Infant mortality rate has decreased by 22% and child mortality has dropped by 26% since 2003. It was reported in 2006 that nearly 60% of the population lives within two hours walking distance of the nearest health facility, up from nine percent in 2002

But you're right, what does the West know, they should have just sent strongmen to rule like Ru did in Donbass and Chechnya, that didn't lead to repression and martial law at all. The only thing they build in Syria is concerts to celebrate their singular victory in Palmyra.
