It’s ‘heresy’ to approve a new relationship for one still married: dubia cardinal

I understand a little. I was married to an athiest and got divorced at the end of RCIA. I was with him for 10 years, and he decided he wanted to have an open marriage and do whatever he wanted and drag me down with him. I couldnt agree to that, so we divorced. I became a catholic after our divorce and according to the laws of St. Paul I am free to marry again. Mostly because my marriage was merely a natural one, but also invalid as I never believed in divorce and also my ex pimped me out and there was an occasion where when we were together I was all for starting a family but he changed his mind and made me take a morning after pill with the threat of homelessness in a country where I have no friends or family and at the time no other support. Needless to say that marriage was not valid, and I was very broken hearted. I have never been denied the eucharist, my priests know full well my history and issue (god bless them) but sometimes I do feel for people in your situation. And now Im left all alone, young and though free to marry I do not believe in remarriage while he is off having a good time. It is sad.
