Without you giving the locations, the request is worthless. All of them will use National Call centers (computers/call centers) to collect the alarms (do the actual monitoring) and then dispatch any needed service (police, fire, security).

Whether they are any good will depend solely on the local franchise for your property. ADT might be the best at Location A but the worst at Location B. So one might use ADT in NYC and Ring in Aspen (because some local handyman decided to use Ring and he goes out and solves the actual problem). In NYC I might need armed security and Aspen wildlife control (for when the bear breaks into the trash shed).
