[Seiko 007 mod] How do go about owning this exact watch, and how much will it cost me?

I don't know why you posted that you wouldn't buy it because you didn't like two aspects of the modification.

It isn't a frankenwatch. It is a modified watch with clearly disclosed modifications. Other watches on the site (including the black one) have different modifications for a different aesthetic. Some have artificial "patina".

That is the same as you saying you won't buy it because you don't like the green. Isn't it????

Imagine if someone else asked about a modification, and you gave a link to the desired modifications, and someone else responded to you saying they didn't like the modification...

I don't like it either you know. But that had nothing to do with the question or my answers.
