Except for physical ailments, of course. Where women are denied meds, are not believed, are under-treated, and when they are, are often treated like crybabies. Diseases have not been studied with treating women in mind, which has directly led to unnecessary deaths by applying the wrong treatments in cardiac emergencies. And diseases that affect mainly women are barely studied at all. Even less studied are women-specific issues like menstruation and menopause, the latter of which we know basically nothing about. Then there is the horrific disregard that medicine has for women in labor, who are commonly subjected to painful and damaging interventions without their consent and against their express wishes, many of which have lifelong negative consequences for their urinary systems and ability to have or enjoy sex.
