They are pro-male when male victims are mentioned, but scream for gender equality when female victims are mentioned. I wanted to see if the men here would recognize the double standard of their behavior on this thread versus their behavior on a thread more centered on female victims.

How do you know that the men who sympathize with male rape victims are the same ones who scream for "gender equality when female victims are mentioned"? You seem to think that men are some sort of hive-mind, which is pretty sexist.

For what it is worth, I have seen the gender-swapped hypocrites too - women who, on female victim threads, claim to be for gender equality, but fail to actually demonstrate it when a thread centered around male victims show up

You haven't just seen those people, you are one of those people. a thread centered about a male victim showed up, and you took the time to shriek " what about the women!" instead of giving him sympathy.
