[Serious]Did You Ever Regret Talking To A Therapist/Psychiatrist? Why?

I have narcolepsy but didn't get a diagnosis until I was in college.
I was referred to a psychiatrist for sleeping all the time in high school and was put on zoloft for depression. I didn't have a good reaction to antidepressants which lead to other medications being added to fix the undesirable effects zoloft was having.
Luckily my dad had enough with the pile of prescriptions adding up and when the psychiatrist couldn't really justify it he had them wean me off and sent me to a therapist instead. She very was helpful with dealing with anxiety I didn't know I had.
I found a new GP when I went to college who ordered a sleep study. I received a proper diagnosis and now take one medication to control my narcolepsy and no one would even know anything was wrong with me. It feels good to be awake.
I regret seeing the psychiatrist only because it delayed proper treatment for my neurological condition and resulted in being improperly medicated.
