[Serious] Girls/Women: What's a bad quality in men that men might be unaware of?

And I'm fed up with your whining and childish excuses so I will remove the gloves here.

I hate it to break it to you but life is harsh. It is often a struggle. And you can not please everybody and his father, and his mother .

it's horrifying

Yes, life is scary.

I talked about our exchange with my SO, she works in HR, in negotiations. And she is very clear: that's life. It's not about genders, it's about people. Some people are leaders, some people are followers. Some people are vocal and don't produce much value, some people are quiet but unvaluable (some are neither, or both). Some people will get stepped on, some will step on others, some will neither be stepped on nor step on others. She says the gender argument is complete bullshit and that she saw women talking to men like they are garbage and men talk to other men like they are slaves and that people who desire to make their room need to fight for it and that's about it. She aknowledges though that women are more often too shy and transparent, and she blames them for not toughening up.

Don't blame your personnal weakness on some intangible, shadowy cultural phenomenon.

Yes, nowadays, personnal responsibility is considered "whatever shaming", and that's what makes you weak: it shifts the blame , instead of strenghtening yourself to be able to stand your ground, you curl down and whine about oppressive stuff.

Ask Ellen Degeneres or Ronda Rousey or Hillary Clinton or any other woman (or any man!) in high position how they got there and come back to see if they told you that it was by whining that people are mean or rude.

Nah, just kidding, keep on whining, keep on wishing the magical feminist fairy is going to transform every man (or mean, "bossy" woman) into an adorable puppy .

Here's a role model for you

Tl;dr
