[Serious]How would you feel about a law that you have to establish residency for a year in a state before you can buy a house there?

if the house market sucks move a lil to the left or right of the map and shit gets cheaper fast they can buy all they want and that's their freedom lets call it monopoly mixed with systems thinking okay so they want to play life like that game but there is infinite space and there is always houses being built ,people need work always..so the market is only as real as we make it any law saying "you can't do (blank)" is going to always be met with "don't take from me or my freedoms." they get the right to buy all the shit but that makes building shit cheaper and more shit needed supply meets demand and the US alone is fucking huge most states could look like utopia if they tried harder but there is greed and i don't have a solution for that besides people smarter than me working together to resolve these age old issues .
