[serious] What keeps you up at night?

Partly because I don't look forward to going to bed at night because guaranteed it's going to hurt.

This is because of a neuromuscular syndrome, I get cramps, muscle stiffness, and twitching every second even while asleep.

I only sleep a few hours a night, broken up in 45.minutes to hour and a half light naps, until cramps or increasing stiffness wakes me up.

Every wake up I have to get up to relieve my symptoms with movement.

I try to get sleep in during the day as well, but it's no different to trying to sleep at night so it's broken as well.

My peripheral nervous system is in a constant state of hyperexcitability so the sleep is not very restful anyway.

A decent night's sleep would be really nice, almost like winning the lottery :-)
