[Serious] What is your most terrifying "we need to leave, NOW" random rush of fear you've felt?

I hate elaborate scene setting but I can't tell this story without it.

At an event with two newish friends and I happen upon a good acquaintance from way away. We saw each a lot at similar do's and we knew a lot of the same people. I offer him a lift to where he was staying that was near my home but far from the event. It happens to be Halloween and my two friends invite me and acquaintance to their flat for a party. Which was close to the venue.

Arrived at the party (my friends weren't even there yet their flatmate had the reigns) and let's say, my acquaintance wasn't accustomed to the trash culture.

First red flag, were given the 4-1-0 by some random bird "who are you" "your too old" (we were about 3/4 years older than the avg age there) smooth things with random bird, get in.

The place is sardine packed, was funneled into a kitchen immediately right of the doorway.

Not 2 mins later, I heard rumbles of scuffle and in bursts some lad furiously rummaging through the draws. I didn't click, but then comes a shout from some girl.

"He's looking for knife!" (This is the UK that's our jam)

Boom, everyone out the door.

I had parked right outside, jump in Androi bolt.
