I worked with a 17 yr old dishwasher who became a barista out of necessity when no one applied to replace someone. It was a terrible job with no management or owners and you had to figure things out yourself. Taught her as much as I could and we had a fun relationship. Caught her telling the owner one day when he came by to try and stiff us all on pay that I was sabotaging her because I wanted to have sex with her. Told him how she had been calling out of work every morning and stealing extra tips and after accusing me like that, I don't want to keep working with her and spending time teaching her anything else. She got fired on the spot. Killed her. (til her mom begged for her job back a few weeks later and she came back..)
