Shitlord Attorney in a Fat State is a God Damn Nightmare

Okay I'm just going to say this, fat people SHOULD not be allowed to have children. It's child abuse.

When I was younger I lived with a mom who was a druggy, I barely had food. I had to take care of my younger brother when I was just 6 or 7. I'd make us peanut butter sammichs if we had peanut butter, sometimes just eat bread, or sometimes there would be like tv dinners or something. The house was never clean, I tried to clean it when I was younger but when you are that age, cleaning a whole house is pretty much impossible, while taking care of a 4 year old. My mom would bring her boyfriends over and they would get fucked up while I had to sit in my room hungry listening to the spice girls mixtape.

Social workers use to come all the time, and they finally put me in foster care, then they found my dad and I moved in with him.

I still have those court papers, and on those papers it says something along the lines of not providing me with enough food. Yes my mom is a worthless cunt, and shouldn't have had me but how is it fair or even okay that someone that didn't feed me couldn't have me, but parents who give their children to much food, who are literally killing their children its okay for them to keep their children?

Also negligence was on those papers also, and I know for a fact fat parents are not taking care of their children properly. There is just no way. Yes, in rare occasions but someone who doesn't care about themselves, there is just no way they can care about someone else. Probably sitting inside all day watching tv while their kids have to go outside by themselves. I'm pretty sure they couldn't help with homework. I mean honestly.. I mean at least some limitations where if you are Obese not overweight you shouldn't have a child. Even though I think for both.

Physical injury that results in substantial harm to the child or the genuine threat of substantial harm from physical injury to the child, including an injury that is at variance with the history or explanation given and excluding an accident or reasonable discipline by a parent, guardian, or conservator that does not expose the child to a substantial risk of harm

Physical injury to a child, I mean what more physical injury could you do to a person then making them overweight? I mean there are tons of studies to show that overweight children it does a lot of harm to their bodies especially since they are still growing. I watched this video where this 3 year old was overweight and because of this, his leg was turning to the side and it was harder for him to walk.

The current use by a person of a controlled substance in a manner or to the extent that the use results in physical, mental, or emotional injury to a child

Causing, expressly permitting, or encouraging a child to use a controlled substance

all the chemicals in processed food, and stuff like mcdonalds.. and the addiction children can get from food at a young age, how is this not considered as a controlled substance. And they are permitting their child to use it, and encouraging it also.

Placing a child in, or failing to remove a child from, a situation that a reasonable person would realize requires judgment or actions beyond the child's level of maturity, physical condition, or mental abilities and that results in bodily injury or a substantial risk of immediate harm to the child

The child doesn't know better, and any reasonable person would see that overeating and not getting exercise is horrible for a child.

Failing to seek, obtain, or follow through with medical care for a child, with the failure resulting in or presenting a substantial risk of death, disfigurement, or bodily injury, or with the failure resulting in an observable and material impairment to the growth, development, or functioning of the child

THIS ONE. they are literally killing that child with the food they give him and allow him to eat.

Mental or emotional injury to a child that results in an observable and material impairment in the child's growth, development, or psychological functioning

They are causing them mental problems because if your body isn't healthy you won't be healthy. Plus the social stigma on being fat, that kid is going to be made fun of more, not included into stuff which will cause depression, anxiety and other social problems, and mental issues.

Causing or permitting a child to be in a situation in which the child sustains a mental or emotional injury that results in an observable and material impairment in the child's growth, development, or psychological functioning

This is all in Texas also. Source

I mean you couldn't bring these things up? It just seems like you could be able to since it's so clear they are doing these things.

god I hate that people are allowed to have children. It's so fucking horrible.
