Short-Term Weightloss advice

I never experienced keto flu. I drank a cup of chicken broth every other day with a little bit of lite salt and added lite salt to some meals. That may help? What are you doing for exercise? I went from a 6:15 mile to a 19 minute mile after I stopped working out there was like a 3 or 4 year gap and went from 210 to 265. I went to the gym everyday would walk on a 13 degree incline for 20-30 minutes then slowly incorporated interval running 30/60s and got my mile down to 7:15 within 2 months and lost 35lbs eating low carb. I probably wasn't even as strict as a lot of people here. I tried keeping my carbs down under 30. Under 10 just wasn't feasible for me for whatever reason.
