As someone who was in a successful 5 year long distance relationship (now married for 3 yrs) with someone in a different continent (USA/Europe), I really hope she is really special to you in a way you can't find in someone closer to you in your area because the difficulty on bringing someone over will require the utmost patience and years of commitment (financially and mentally) from both of you to make it work.

If your relationship is already draining you, you might want to reevaluate what you want to do going forward. Both of you will have to talk it out if you're finding yourself to be doing most of the work, because it really isn't fair to burden just one person to do everything.
