People will tell you to go at your own pace but people like to build up sex/losing your v card into something that it really isn’t.

Trust me it isn’t gonna feel that special if you wait. That ‘special’ feeling you get from sex comes from intimacy with someone over time regardless of whether you’ve had sex or not with them.

With that in mind, it’s better to be able to hit the ground running with that special person rather than spend your first few times still figuring out how to do it properly.

If you’re still not convinced, read some more posts on this sub or r/relationshipadvice from people older than you who still haven’t lost their card. You do not want to end up being a virgin in your twenties.
