Can we talk about how wrong this generalization is? I've only ever heard this argument from Asian men that use it to insult Asian women that date White men so it's disappointing to hear it in r/asiantwoX. Yes, there are a lot of creepy White dudes out that who date Asian women for the wrong reason but I know plenty of White/Asian couples that don't fit that stereotype. Natalie Tran, an incredibly popular Youtuber, stopped posting videos for years because of the overwhelmingly racist comments she was receiving from Asian men for having a white boyfriend. She even made a documentary about it and there are still dozens of response videos from Asian men about how she's a race traitor.

It's not as black and white as that it. We should call out men who seek Asian women for the wrong ideas but the argument that all Asian women that date White men hate themselves does more destruction than good.
