Should I tell my doctor I do psychedelics?

There is no reason to. I have seen all sorts of negative judgement on patients with chronic pain issues in my field. They are falsely labeled as just looking for drugs. I hear all sorts of people on staff make negative comments, not taking them seriously. This infuriates me. Having something like that in your record might work against you if you ever do need help. People are ignorant. I had a nurse friend label me as a drug addict once when I did a microdose of mushrooms once on vacation. SHe's never done anything in her life, has zero clue what she's talking about, yet she was the expert and I was a drug addict. I have zero tolerance for that kinda of ignorance. That person could one day be your nurse.
