Shoulder duckling?

Just to let you know, many people have benign ectopics such as PVCs and there's no guarantee that weightloss will have any effect on them. Ectopic beats such as those you describe are almost always benign, and about the worst effect they have is that they can cause a positive-feedback loop with anxiety and somatic "over-vigilance" which can in turn increase the rate of PVCs. The best treatment for benign PVCs is taking measures to decrease stress and lower somatic vigilance. (Try to pay less attention to the sensation of the palpitations and other minor, benign symptoms in the body.)

I think that you made a really good decision to lose the weight, and I admire your dedication. I'm confident you will be in better overall health and will have a subjective improvement in how you feel as you continue to lose weight. But as a person who is older, and hopefully a bit wiser than you, it really saddens me that you've bought into this negative self-talk. It's bad enough hearing these messages from society and being bullied by people in your immediate environment; I think it's downright detrimental to internalize those messages such that you're repeating them to yourself.

I strongly encourage you to consider embarking on a journey of mental health improvement whilst you're taking this path toward greater physical health. It's up to you whether that takes the form of structured 1:1 therapy sessions, reading self-help books, exploring spirituality, confiding in a trusted role model or friend, whatever works for you. But I think you will find your victory a bit hollow if you arrive at your destination with your dream body and the same toxic cognitive patterns you started with.
