Bless you for this comment. This sub, and some in-game community members, regularly conflate "literally just autoattacking", "trying and not doing so well", "not trying out of sheer laziness", and "making a few small but very noticeable mistakes" into all being one big pile of "bad", and it drives me up the wall. It just leads to an echo chamber that drives them towards being more and more elitist and less understanding of what average actually means.

All I did was suggest that you can compliment someone without shitting on anyone else, and people jumped to tell me how I'm wrong because being bad is a cardinal sin, apparently. Full of dramatic exaggerations of how awful running a simple dungeon is when the DPS aren't parsing good. It's just sad.
