*sigh* "ᴼᵏ, ᴵ'ᵐ ˢᵒʳʳʸ"

The point remains. How about this then, my ancestors in Scotland, had land and title stolen from them during one of the many times the English fucked them over. That land generates wealth for whoever has it now. Should I demand it back?

No, because it happened a long time ago and my family lost ownership of it. Who is to say that if it had remained in my family they wouldn't have ruined the land, lost their wealth, and needed to sell it off anyway.

Look at various pieces of art or artifacts in those countries we have 'stolen' items from. Great works of art, priceless gems, historical sites, lost, destroyed or sold. Who is to say the same wouldn't have happened to those taken by us?

At least they are in a place where people can experience them, where they can be viewed for the incredible pieces they are.

Your argument is flawed because by your reasoning, anyone who has ever lost anything to someone else, should be demanding it back or reparations because if they hadn't lost/had it taken from them, they could have been in a better position now.

Grow up.
