Nope! It was the deal of the decade! It shook out to a buy 2 get 5 cans sorta thing when combined with other retailer promotions and the demand was so (obviously) overwhelming that it cleared out retailers and put SiCo back six months or more. We knew about the deal in advance and IMHO anyone eager for their cans should have bought in the first five days if not the first five hours. Everyone else should consider themselves lucky SiCo honored the thirty days and not simply while supplies last. More transparency from SiCo would be good but this lawsuit talk is laughable. It sucks people have to wait but the 4 month estimate was before they committed to selling like 4x or 5x as many cans as anticipated. At the end of the day, most consumers are coming out ahead here and, if not for the government regulation (stamps/approvals) I'd bet SiCo would be more than happy to refund the two cans you paid for.
