Dead Air Sandman S baffle+end-cap strike. Now the can is stuck on the factory 3 prong flash hider and will not come off even when loosened fully. Anyone experienced this before?

I mentioned this in another comment. McMaster-Carr guarantee's a maximum 0.005"/ft straightness tolerance. That's incredibly straight. I'm not suggesting that Mcmaster-Carr has excellent product QA/QC as I've only ordered these once from them.

All that being said, they have an excellent no-questions-asked return policy where you can get a total refund by slapping a label on the box and dropping it off at UPS/Fedex or they will overnight you a replacement.

Given the price, if I received a bad batch, I'm likely to just replace the rods seeing as how the straightness tolerance suggests it's likely some bro in packaging just banged it or something.
