I'm a newb with all this Form 1 stuff but in the process if filing out two amnesty Form 1s. I see a lot of people already submitting the form. I know the website is live, but my interpretation was we had to wait to submit until the rule was published. Am I good to go ahead and apply for the stamp now?

And since I'm posting, someone ease my nerves a bit; I can send two cover letters, in the same envelope with one set (2 cards) of prints and be good? I don't need a set for each cover letter if sent together?

I've also seen some people commenting they made some errors and were trying to withdraw or know they'd be denied. For a first timer, are there any easy mistakes that are often made or what should I double check for? It took a few minutes to complete the forms and I feel like I'm missing something.
