Whether it was truly an unavoidable Docusign error (unlikely) or negligence on SS’s implementation of the system- we may never know. Unfortunately for SS, we place our trust with them for their knowledge and reliably of implementing said system together and correctly. You can point the finger at each other, but the simple fact is the implementation was not done properly.

And now they’re saying the ATF wouldn’t even work with them to fix it? Sounds like they don’t have a very good relationship with the ATF, regardless of what SS says is it.

If I waited a year to get disapproved due to this and have to start the process over I’m going to be fucking livid.
