Skinny people, what’s your secret?

So I’ve been skinny my whole life, I’m 19M, 5’9 and just shy of 130. I’m a walking corpse, skin and bones, pale as a ghoul. I don’t have an eating disorder or work out at all. I live an extremely sedentary lifestyle, the only exercise I get is walking from to and from classes, the rest of the time Im either laying or sitting down. I would say that I don’t eat a lot every day. I cook small portions for my self. When I was a kid and teen my mom would always make a large plate for me, but I never finished it cuz I was always full most of the time after a few times. But I do indulge in sweets and snacks though.

I’m just confused, how do I gain weight? Not muscle, but generally any weight at all, whether it be fat, etc. What am I doing wrong?
