Small Things Linux Systems Excel At?

Linux's sound woes are due to the fact that the userspace stack is a mess. Android uses ALSA, but it has it's own userspace which manages to not be a dumpster fire.

Desktop Linux on the other hand... PulseAudio STILL gives me hell after 8 fucking years of being shoved down my throat.

are you kinding me? Android audio is also stinks.

even android engineers admitted that pulseaudio gives better latency their their audio stack. To fix their issues, they have a use cgroups to allocate some performance for the audio thread itself.

They only recent added api for audio professionals like last year.

I would not call android a good example of audio stack that is not a dumpster fire. Android audio is kinda on the hated side of things.
