Very true, and the reason why feminism is a sham for the average male. Feminists complain about issues like the wage gap, leadership positions, being called a slut for casual hookups, etc. However, top percentage alpha male chads are the ONLY males who actually manage to get these power positions and attract women enough for casual hookups to be possible. The average male's reality is not in the same universe as Chad, yet he is demonized all the same for being the same gender, and takes all the blowback from feminism (losing jobs to underqualified females, dating life suffers due to polygamy with Chad becoming socially acceptable) with no benefits whatsoever. Feminists only consider Chads to be real men, the average and lower male is completely irrelevant to women and lower than dirt. I see the 20/80 gender ratio to become a reality in society eventually, where the 20% males are all Chads with average and lower males eugenically weeded out. There is no longer a reason for average males to exist.
