You forgot the main build this deck is aimed at: vest. I'm guessing you're leaning towards ICTV for the Armored build. If you pick up Thick Skin and Bullseye these are the ups and downs of using a heavy vest:

(No Talk) Good with the combination of Underdog for a total of 19% less damage. Infiltrator gets the same amount on the first perk. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| (Tension) Good when stacked with Bullseye Aced. For a total of 34 armor regened every headshot kill. Gaining armor after this ensures you will instantly be protected from the next bullet, so I could see it being good on DW around lots of enemies. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| (Clean Hit) Not a very practical skill vs Infiltrator at higher difficulties; however, this is a up close and personal perk deck so it would probably be used more than you would think after reloads. I actually already made a build around this deck and ended up getting Counter-Strike Basic to get up to Bulleyes, so that will actually help a lot. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| (Overdose) 44 Total Armor regained from kill blow headshots close to yourself. All this might not sound like a lot, but since Tension will give armor for any type of kill, Bullseye from headshots, and Overdose from close kills you can always be certain you'll be generating armor constantly as long as you're knocking down a lot of enemies. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| (Showdown) Not sure how well this will work. I would have to see this in-game. To say this would be useless though is being bias. 20% doesn't sound bad and I think in sticky situations on DW where you're cornered it could be quite useful for running to safe spots. Especially since with running skills and a heavy vest you're still very fast, have a good amount of armor, but no dodge abilities. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
