I imagine the title would be something like Spider-Man: Home Hunting and it may have a somewhat darker tone than the first two.
In the first act, a court case takes place with Peter suing the Daily Bugle for defamation and false accusations, exposing Beck's lies and clearing his name with help from Jennifer Walters (or maybe Matt Murdock).
With his innocence proved, Peter thinks everything will just go back to normal for himself and May. He's even become a school celebrity with everyone now knowing that he's Spider-Man, and a subplot has Flash trying to get his way into Peter's friendship group as well as a girl from a younger year called Ava Ayala (played by Isabella Moner).
One night, Kraven (at this point wearing a mask) breaks into Peter's home and reveals that he's been hired by Mac Gargan to capture Peter and bring him to Gargan's gang (he eventually does capture Peter later, but double-crosses Gargan to try killing Spider-Man himself). The resulting fight ends with the apartment being burned down and Kraven getting away, though Peter and May are led to safety by a new superhero called White Tiger.
Now homeless, Peter realises that he and May are no longer safe with his identity exposed and need to relocate. While May and Happy try to find a new home for the Parkers, Peter is confronted by the White Tiger and learns that she's Ava, who is tracking down Kraven to avenge her predecessor. Throughout the film, Ava and Peter team up to find out who Kraven is while Peter tries to protect his friends from the other villains who now know who he is.
