(Spoilers Everything) Season 7 will mirror Season 2.

I'm interested to hear what people think will happen with King Jon in the next season. It seems that the North has learned its lesson about marching south and abandoning their homelands. Furthermore, Jon seems almost singularly concerned with fighting the "True War" against the Night's King and the Others, and unconcerned with fighting against the Lannisters.

If Dany takes King's Landing and defeats the Lannisters (well, really just Cersei) once and for all, and then turns her attention north, what do you think King Jon would do?

It seems like he has three options, provided that Dany doesn't marry before she gets there:

1) Marry Daenerys, become the King to her Queen. This makes the most sense politically and is in line with the Jon Targaryen revelation.

2) Refuse to surrender and fight against her for independence. This makes the least sense politically since she'll just roll over him with her vastly superior numbers, fighters, and dragons. RIP Stark line and da Norf.

3) Bend the knee to Daenerys, but ask to keep his title as Warden of the North, and request her help in defeating the Others. This one makes some sense politically and also hearkens back to the last King in the North before Robb, Torrhen Stark, the King Who Knelt, who bent the knee to Aegon the Conqueror once he saw his dragons and his army.

What do you think?
