Stephen Fry on God

I do agree, and think Fry is absolutely correct here. But I think reddit can be just as bad when it comes to not having common sense or logical thinking when it comes to religion.

I'm not religious, quite the opposite, but when you see some people on reddit look down on people who follow religion I can see them as quite similar. (For example there was a meme claiming that a woman refused cancer treatment so she could accept treatment from God instead. But the truth was she accepted all kinds of treatment, but she had stage 4 cancer and had few options left, and just wanted to have some faith towards the end for comfort. And yet reddit atheists just decided she was a moron who had no critical thought, based on nothing more than a misleading meme, and they were so much better than her)
