Is this some kind of joke or what? OP is definitely right and the part of the sub that is dumb is actually you and all the people who upvoted you.

We can only assume what Vespa's outsourced translators meant but i think this is pretty clear enough:

-"Stand motion of Idol Costumes (Love Hearts) will be adjusted" (that's the part that is most likely talking about the ridiculous bounce)

-"Fixed the chest part during Standing Motion" (that's the part that is most likely talking about the clipping)

How is that not what they intended to fix? Or are you just telling me that they wrote about the same thing twice, but using totally different words?
