Students bullying teachers?

This seems like an unnecessary power struggle that you are not winning. Of all the potential behavior violations, the first name using is pretty harmless in the long run. It’s frustrating and disruptive I’m sure, but I’d really consider if it is really worth the fight with the students and admin. Unless it’s specifically stated in the handbook, I think this is more just kids being disrespectful than breaking the rules. (Obviously the coming near the property is a whole other issue that needs to be addressed)

I agree that it’s most likely about the reaction more than anything. Refuse to respond and act like you don’t even know who that person is. They will probably push it more for a while but eventually not responding will take the fun out of it and they’ll find some other way to annoy you .
