Suing

You may want to strongly consider finishing off the criminal case against you before you look to sue anyone.

Yeah the statute of limitations expires in October 2016, and this will be finished with in the last week of June, so after this is when I'll make my application/action to sue

You also didn't include the facts of the situation or what led to the arrest.

During the 2014 Parliament Hill Terrorist Attacks I was in a heated debate with some followers of the Islamic faith and said things that they did not like so they threatened me (mentioned above) and I said back something like "if they want a fight, they're getting a fucking fight, they hit me, it's not my problem whatever happens to them". It went on like this for a couple of hours, there was over 600 pages of banter, but the police only chose to focus on 1 item, me saying "if they want a fight, they're getting a fucking fight". They said I was a danger to public peace, arrested me for weapons dangerous because I said I would use anything in the general vicinity, like garbage cans, text books, my back pack, phone, hockey stick, to fight back.

The Police also investigated my banter for hate crime but the Police Sargeant determined it was not hate crime and those charges were never brought, instead he said "it was just dumb speech".

What led to the arrest was that the Principal believed I am the one that instigated the fight, even though in the witness statements themselves the witnesses wrote that they were the ones that instigated the fight with me because they did not like me stating my opinions on terrorists or the terrorist attack or calling the terrorist responsible an Islamic Extremist.

Essentially I got arrested for tweeting my opinions around a major news story, while I was in my own home, using my own devices and had nothing to do with the school, but they school chose to "make a big deal out of it" and blow it out of proportion, then turn around and lead me to believe my safety was the one at risk but then protect the other kids and make me, the one who actually got threatened, the perpetrator.

That's the gist of it
