I am in the same situation as OP. Have real life to deal with and spend money to get somewhat useful. Purchased the latest event buyout and it glitched. I was only able to earn one token of achievement and they basically told me to pound sand. Their customer service is terrible. If I hadn’t just spent all my birthday money on this game i would delete it. I am so disappointed in how they treated this situation. The emails read like some AI bot.

I would urge any and everyone to never spend money on this game. I will never again. Once I get over my butt hurt and get my moneys worth, I am done with this game. Played since beta and I love it and my guild but I don’t want to support Arc any more.
