I mean you can actually prove how their studies are wrong, ill give an example, so people seem to believe that cholesterol in eggs is actually healthy and doesnt increase the amount of bad cholesterol in blood and thats based on studies, if you actually go to these studies youll see that they are funded by the egg industry and have poor study design, studied on sick people with already very high cholesterol that reached the limit and at that stage the dietary cholesterol had no effect, in other studies not funded by the egg industry where they tested on normal individuals the cholesterol in eggs did significantly increase the bad cholesterol. Vegan gains did a video on eggs, go watch it. These industries try to manipulate people usinf "science" and fool them into believing that theyre healthy. The world's health organization isnt recommending animal by products as a part of a healthy and diet and thats for a reason. Real Science backs the plant based didt which is the only diet proven to reverse and treat heart disease
