T-mobile systems suck

“They are much better now than they were in the 2013/2014”

That’s not true at all. Quickview was way faster than Rebellion when it comes to prepaid activations, for example. The procedure now has more steps and takes longer even if everything works out without glitches.

They are making a lot of changes, but improvements? I don’t see it. Transactions take way longer with the new systems and glitches, crashes and issues are a lot more common. The average time per transaction has almost doubled since 2014.

I have no reason to be making this up by the way. I don’t want to leave and I love my job and my team but I will not keep doing this if T-mobile isn’t serious about updating its POS infrastructure. It’s embarrassing.
