Teachers of Reddit, what is the worst student you have ever had (in terms of behavior, and what have they done)?

My first student when I started working with kids who were thrown out of school. He outright refused to do any work, insulted me regularly, and tried to take things from me. The procedure we follow is to do a three strike system for bad behaviour, and if we feel the lesson is going completely off the rails, we're within our right to cancel it. A couple of times, I did cancel, but on those occasions, I was required to call home. During the phone call, the kid was calling me a fucking liar and all that kind of thing, and was basically saying that I was making everything up. In order to try and get things straight, I took to writing down the reason why I handed out the strikes, and let him know I was writing it. When I did write it, he said he didn't care, but then when I decided to end lessons, he said it was all lies. In the month and a half that I was teaching him, I had almost filled up the notepad I was using to record each strike. It was made even more awkward by the fact that his dad thought we were not doing our job properly if we ended lessons early.
