The app asks for microphone and location permissions. It will track your every move and display it for the customer when you’re clocked out for a delivery.

It asks for microphone permissions because you have the option to call the customer straight from the app, and it will set your caller ID to your store’s number. The customer usually will pick up instead of declining your personal cell number that they don’t know.

Customer pre-tips are tracked on the app, and you have the option to enter whether they tipped you or not on the app once you complete the delivery.

Instead of reading off the customers address from a tag and typing it into your phone, you can just press a button and the app will take you to google maps/whatever you use with the address already entered ready to go. Sometimes it will convert the address into GPS coordinates to be more precise.

I like the app because it saves me time, and customers will actually answer when I call. You can hide your location from the customer if you feel it is sketchy, but otherwise your exact location is being relayed to the store and the customer in real time while you are on a delivery.

It does not track your location once you clock off, it does not track your location when you are in the store. If you have an iPhone, you can verify this in location services in your settings.
