Telus, Bell, & Rogers

I have an issue with unlocking my iPhone 7.

I went in to a store to get them to switch me over to the new plan and they suggested switching to Koodo since it they could do it in the store right away and it would be difficult to get through to Bell if I wanted to stay with them. So I did that, no problem there.

But unfortunately we both forgot I hadn't unlocked my phone before cancelling my Bell account, so now I'm stuck with no service until I can get the unlock code and put in the new SIM card. I tried using the Bell website but I keep getting an error that says it can't do it at this time. Could this be be because it's not during business hours or something like that or is the site just too messed up to work or what? It gives me a number to call but I can't call with the phone because I have no service currently. I resorted to trying to skype call them but they have an automated message that says to call *611 to get a code. But that number is just for current Bell customers, isn't it?

Bit frustrating to say the least, but at least I'm on a much better plan now. Just gotta get to the point where I can actually use it lol.
