Ever since I got my model x it had an issue where the rear vents are a good 5-7 degrees celcius (41-45 f) colder than the front air vents at all times (even on full blast + max temp!). The svc told me that my vents are working as intended after every single service appointment. I swear to god this feels like it is NOT normal but no one around me own a tesla so I can’t compare. Is this normal? My ICE cars I drove previously never had this issue of colder rear vents.

And now after the recent UI update, I can’t seem to find an option for turning on my back air vents. Only my front vents turn on and the rear vents all do not blow air anymore. Is this a software issue, a mechanical issue or am I missing a button somewhere? My svc told me that the rear vents can be turned on via the touch screen but I swear it is missing from the new UI.
